 Dealing with Pandemic Fatigue

Even if we do get to see friends, interact with family and go outside slightly more than we could in March, being in a pandemic is still very difficult. Today’s page aims to help you deal with pandemic fatigue, the kind of tiredness that comes after days, weeks, months of dealing with intense emotions and stresses.

Here are your check in questions:

1. What is the one thing that makes you the most tired? Can you name those emotions?

2. What is the self talk you use to help you go through those emotions?

3. Name 3 things that have made you feel happy/excited in the past two weeks.
